Project Overview:
Lee Drywall was proud to play a pivotal role in the transformation of Fiore + ELA Salon, an upscale salon located in Crescent Commons at Babcock Ranch, Florida—the nation’s first solar-powered town. This 1,500-square-foot space was reimagined with a luxurious interior that reflects the community’s commitment to sustainability and style.
Innovative Feature:
This project marked the first-ever use of StoCast Brick in the United States. Known for its authentic, aged brick appearance and eco-friendly composition, StoCast Brick allowed us to replicate the charm of historic Sanibel Island design with ease. Its lightweight, flexible design enabled seamless installation across feature walls, backsplashes, and more—without the dust and bulk of traditional masonry.
Scope of Work:
Installation of 640 sq. ft. of StoCast Brick throughout key interior spaces
Collaboration with architects, designers, and Sto representatives to bring the client’s vision to life
Precision handling of inside and outside corners for a polished, cohesive look
Results:
The finished space exceeded expectations, with clients frequently complimenting the realistic aged brick aesthetic. This project exemplifies Lee Drywall’s commitment to craftsmanship, innovation, and sustainable building solutions.
