Estimator/Project Manager
Originally from Indiana, Randy moved to Southwest Florida in 2005. But, his experience in the construction industry began long before. In 1975, He was a student in the carpenter apprenticeship program for 4 years, then became a union carpenter. He completed this program with a vast knowledge and understanding of the business and labor aspects of the construction industry. In 2010, he joined the Lee Drywall team working in the field and has excelled to now become an Estimator and our recently appointed Field Safety Director. His experience in the field has perfectly equipped him to have, not just knowledge of safety protocol but a hands-on understanding of the safety needs and regulations within the field . He is OSHA academy certified and desires to further his education, as he knows ‘you’re never too old to learn!” In his spare time he enjoys time with his family and the outdoors, even participating in a local softball league.
